2.1 Contact form (WPForms)
Our website provides a contact form (using the “WPForms” plugin) through which you may voluntarily provide the following data:
- name
- email address
- phone number (if provided)
- the content of your message and any further personal data you choose to share within it
The purpose of this processing is to respond to your inquiry and to prepare legal consultation or a potential engagement. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or, where an engagement is established, the performance of a contract or the taking of pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing this information is voluntary; however, without it we will not be able to respond to you.
Data submitted through the form is stored in the WordPress database and in our office’s email inbox. We process the data until your inquiry is answered, or, where an engagement is established, for the retention period required by applicable law (e.g. Hungarian rules on the legal profession and applicable tax/accounting law), after which it is deleted.
